United States shipping

OMNIDA is currently optimized primarily for orders shipped within the United States. Available shipping methods, rates and estimated delivery windows are shown during checkout when available.

Order processing and tracking

Once an order enters fulfillment, it is prepared by the relevant fulfillment partner. When tracking information is provided, it will be shared with you after shipment.

Multiple-item orders

Products can be fulfilled from different locations, so an order containing multiple items may arrive in more than one package.

Address changes and cancellations

If you need to correct an address or request a cancellation, contact omnida.store@gmail.com as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

International orders

Availability outside the United States varies by product and destination. If a destination or shipping method is not offered at checkout, that product cannot currently be shipped there through our available fulfillment setup.
